1970 - 1980
The 1970s mark a stage of consolidation for an image of Mirtha Dermisache. Her graphisms are strenghthened as her own aesthetic, these are considered “writing” and organized in new formats such as Textos [Texts], Cartas [Letters], Fragmentos de Historia [Fragments of History], among others.
At this time, she created and published Diario I, a work that, as a newspaper, in its multi-issue edition, intended to reach a massive audience; at the same time she continues to write books, makes her first editions in this format and her works are presented in international exhibitions. This is also the decade in which she began the Jornadas del Color y de la Forma, a pedagogical proposal for collective production and learning of visual arts techniques.
